Lisa Edelstein was an American actress, best known for her role as the main character of Fox's House medical drama. She was raised in Wayne and was raised in a strict Jewish tradition. As a teenager, 18, she moved in New York City to study at Tisch School for the Arts. She soon became part of the club scene in New York and began becoming the talk of the town. Also, the press noticed her. Then, she used her experience and fame, along with her personal training to both write and perform a show called Positive Me. Shortly thereafter she landed the job of MTV, hosting Awake in the Wild Side. Her first appearances in film and television productions following the end of the series. Initially, she was in smaller roles.
