Anya Taylor-Joy

Allya Taylor Joy was born on April 16 1996, in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. Her father, an native of Argentina with Scottish as well as English descendant is also her mother. Her mother is of Spanish and English heritage. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's previous marriage. The family lived in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and later moving to Victoria district in London. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was a very difficult experience. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Her school had to change from Northlands and then Hill House. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in productions. Then she dropped out of the high school aged 16 in order to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy always knew she wanted to be an actor. The opportunity was offered to her opportunity by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her the opportunity to model.
